Services

Studio VN provides custom website design, web development, redesigns, multilingual websites, strategy consulting, technical optimization, ongoing support and related digital services.

These terms apply to both the public website (studiovn.design) and the Studio VN Workspace (workspace.studiovn.design), a private client collaboration and project management environment.

Studio VN Workspace — Access

Access to the Studio VN Workspace is invitation-only and granted to specific authorised users for approved projects.

Users must use accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.

Users must not share access with unauthorised third parties.

Studio VN may revoke or suspend access where appropriate, including for security reasons or misuse.

Access may end after the project or client relationship ends.

Studio VN Workspace — Project access

Users may only access projects they are assigned to.

Project access is controlled and restricted to authorised participants.

Studio VN Workspace — Client content and uploads

Clients retain ownership of materials they upload to the Workspace.

Clients grant Studio VN the necessary right to access, store, process, reproduce, and adapt uploaded materials solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed project and services.

Clients confirm they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and share images, logos, documents, copy, videos, audio, third-party content, and personal data.

Clients must only upload materials they are authorised to share and must not upload passwords, API keys, sensitive login credentials, unlawful content, or third-party personal data they are not authorised to provide.

Clients remain responsible for the legality of materials they provide.

Studio VN Workspace — Availability and reliability

Studio VN aims to keep the Workspace available and reliable.

Temporary interruptions, maintenance, or technical issues may occur.

Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Studio VN is not liable for minor or temporary interruptions beyond reasonable control.

Studio VN Workspace — File storage

Files may be stored and shared through the Workspace for project purposes.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of critical materials where appropriate.

The Workspace should not be treated as a permanent archive unless explicitly agreed.

Studio VN Workspace — Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload malware, abuse the invitation system, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, or use the Workspace for unrelated abusive purposes.

Studio VN Workspace — No public registration

Workspace accounts are not freely available to the public.

Access is invitation-based and linked to a Studio VN project or client relationship.

Project scope

Only services explicitly listed in a proposal, quote, invoice, written agreement, or confirmed project scope are included.

Additional requests, new features, extra pages, major content changes, additional revisions, integrations, or work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, branding assets, access credentials, feedback and approvals on time.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that the content, images, claims, legal texts and business information they provide are accurate and legally compliant for their own business.

Project timelines may shift if feedback, approvals, content or assets are delayed.

Payments

All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise agreed.

Payments may be accepted by bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed payment methods.

Late payments may pause or delay project delivery, launch, handover or support work.

Revisions and changes

Reasonable revisions are included only when stated in the agreed scope, proposal or package description.

Excessive revisions, repeated direction changes, or requests that significantly alter the agreed work may be quoted separately.

Intellectual property

Following full payment, clients receive the rights to use the agreed final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Transfer of ownership, copyright assignments, exclusive rights or handover of custom source code apply only where explicitly agreed in writing.

Studio VN retains its pre-existing materials, internal systems, reusable code, tools, frameworks, design methods, workflows, know-how and other proprietary resources used to create the work.

Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.

This does not limit the client's right to operate, maintain and further develop the delivered website or application.

The client must have the right to use any materials they provide, including images, fonts, logos, copy, trademarks and third-party assets.

Third-party services

Projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment providers, plugins, APIs, analytics tools, email platforms, fonts, maps or embedded services.

Studio VN is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account issues, security incidents or failures caused by third-party services.

No guaranteed results

Studio VN does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth, SEO rankings, lead generation, conversion rates, platform approval, traffic volume or third-party performance unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Accessibility and compliance

Studio VN aims to create thoughtful, usable and accessible digital experiences. Formal accessibility audits, WCAG certification, legal compliance reviews or specialist audits are included only when explicitly agreed in the project scope.

Limitation of liability

Studio VN is not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, lost opportunities, reputational damage, third-party outages, cyberattacks, hosting failures, plugin failures, platform changes or external technical issues.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation would not be allowed under applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project according to the agreed written terms.

Work already completed, time already spent, purchased assets, planning, consulting and administrative work may remain billable.

Relationship to project agreements

These general terms do not replace individual project agreements, proposals, contracts, invoices, or scopes of work.

If there is a conflict between these general Workspace and website terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement governs the specific project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer or EU law.
